Launching explosive plasma - just how good does it get?

Launchers fire pulsating balls of fury, and when they power up, they fire multiple plasma bolts guaranteed to leave no trace of an enemy behind (except their delicious power up and material drops, that is!).
Even cooler, most of the Launchers allow you a single opportunity to redirect your ordinance while in flight. This means bending your shots around corners, firing them high into the sky and then bringing them raining down on the heads of your enemies! Maybe even simply showcase your skills by placing your shot directly in the face of your opponent!
It's not all slow firing projectiles, so if you want something a little faster you can rapid fire tiny spheres of death upon your victims, or strategically fire grenades and strike terror into the hearts of your foes!
